The Holcim Awards competition is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantial laws of Switzerland.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Holcim Awards competition shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in force on the date when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with these Rules.

The seat of the arbitration shall be Zurich, Switzerland. The arbitral proceeding shall be conducted in English.
